By accessing or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of financing services is available to legal entities, sole traders and individuals meeting the criteria stated in the application flow. Tazu Credit Limited reserves the right to refuse or close an application without providing reasons, in line with applicable law.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information in applications.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not interfere with or attempt to compromise the platform.
• Keep account credentials confidential.

Specific financing terms — amount, term, total cost and return date — are formed during the application process and presented for review before confirmation. Once confirmed, terms are fixed and not subject to recalculation.

Indicative figures shown by the platform calculator are non-binding and do not constitute an offer.

Confirmation of presented terms creates a binding agreement. The contract document is made available for download in the profile area and copies are retained by Tazu Credit Limited for the legally required period.

Repayment is due on the date specified in the contract. Failure to repay on time may result in fees, reporting to credit information services and recovery action, in line with applicable law.

The platform, its design, code, content and trademarks are owned by Tazu Credit Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Tazu Credit Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may be updated. The effective date appears at the top of this page; continued use after changes implies acceptance.
